Herman | 6'7
Fun and fun-loving, playful is probably Herman's most defining trait. He's also a nerd for biology. That and an incredible sense of empathy make up the cornerstones of his personality. He has no trouble carrying on a conversation about most anything. (His favorite subject is you, though.) Sprinkle in the tiniest bit of a temper for bullies, and you've got a well rounded extrovert. Herman is living yarn. He uses a magic puppet to masquerade as a human. It was made special for him and is indistinguishable from a flesh and blood person. He enjoys the same sorts of relationships that regular people do. He doesn't have biological needs, but he still has emotional ones. He's also a huge flirt, and fully capable of carrying on a relationship-- in every way. |
He's happy being himself, but he doesn't fully leave his puppet much. He likes a mix of both and enjoys the slow reveal when he meets someone he thinks will be receptive to the truth. (The whole truth).
He may choose to keep his yarn a secret indefinitely if he feels it will alter someone's view of the world. Any length of his yarn can see, hear and speak, and has a sense of hot and cold, but he doesn't experience pain the same way we do. He's also STRONG. He's a big muscle and magical on top of that, making him a force to be reckoned with.
This is what he actually looks like > |
The Dragon
Herman isn't normally a dragon. I draw him this way for fun, in innumerous ways that can be difficult to distinguish. Mostly he's fleshy, sometimes he's made of yarn, sometimes his body is a puppet full of yarn. I don't limit my art of him or try to explain it. If time and opportunity allows I may explore a dragon arc in the comic, but can't\won't promise that it will happen. There's a lot of story about other things I'd like to cover first. (I would enjoy it, though.) |
Fanart
I don't mind if you draw my OCs or them interacting with yours. I have four rules:
I don't mind if you draw my OCs or them interacting with yours. I have four rules:
- Absolutely no sex. Even if you've seen me draw it or one of my friends draw it. I'm the only one who knows my comfort level, please respect that.
- Try to keep their personalities canon. (For example, they would never abuse your OC.)
- Don't create fan OCs, lovechild, fan concepts, etc. Please don't go there. (If you wanna draw your character visiting Beel at his house or lost in Alf's forest, go for it, just don't create a new character and a new house set in that world. It puts me in a weird position.)
- Don't monetize them.
